suereal - that dino monster is so creepy awesome! I can't even imagine how you got it all to stay together. I know if I tried things would be falling off left and right! The octo baby is super creepy amazing too...I just have to say I'm glad I didn't receive it. I know there's tons of altered baby art out there but it does kinda give me the creeps in a not so nice way haha. But it looks great!

My package whould be here in two days.

I totally missed the pm from Frosty772 that she sent.

It looks like the Atlanta sorting station held it hostage for 4 days.

I can't wait to see if. So far my favorite is the giraffish.

To be honest the baby OctoDALI was creepy to me too.  It was my attempt to fuse my style with artista's style.  She had lots of doll faced things in her pintrest board that I fist looked at for inspiration.  I prefer a less human look, so I thought I'd add in a cephalopod to a baby doll to see what happened.  It all was a huge experiment..and it does look that way Grin.  I think I would handle the face differently at this point.  I wanted it to look more like an octopus.  But I'm super happy with how the legs worked and the skin Grin

And it's funny, but the My Little Monster (as I have started to call it....I can't actually remember what I called it in the note artista Grin) is adorable to me LOL.  I think it looks more like a Venus Fly trap then a mammalian monster.  It looks to me that the eyes got a bit squished down in the "move".  I originally posed them up and off to the sides more.  But you can pose him looking anywhere artista.  I just wouldn't pose them 6 times a day or anything Grin

Oo and here is it's post..with glow pics Grin

A flying Steampunk pear bird in a nest of nails? Why didn't I think of making that? Cheesy Utterly awesome!

And that's even though it came right after the amazing suncatcher and Suereal's two adorable offspring. (I've been away for the weekend so they were all waiting for me this morning.) What an amazing (and amazingly varied) bunch of stuff so far. With more to come!

Oh, you guys are so creative -- I love it all! That pear is absolutely lovely!

I think I went way too conservative this time. But I do like what I sent -- hopefully my partner does too! But I didn't end up with any pear birds or awesome monsters like you guys all did.

The pear bird reminds me simultaneously of TicToc and Bubo.   Smiley

I agree sonjaboo. Mine is traditional as well.

That being said, I love that pear bird so much. It put such a huge grin on my face when I saw it. Cheesy
