I just finished this pincushion , I was experimenting using a bunch of large fabric scraps that were given to me. it was supposed to fit over my hand and be a wristlet, but it seems to work quite well across the back of your hand. I learned a lot about the fabric and if I make more or other types I wouldn't be so stupid and try and add eyes after, or cover the elastic with felt(restricted movement to much). Its super useful and thats kind of the point(get it)

"There are days when I think there really is some huge great tapestry of a plan out there and we're all woven into it - this fabulous, complex pattern of life and death, full of recurring motifs and waves of color, and we're each one tiny thread in the weave.

Love the hairy look to the pincushion. And if you ever stop learning all the fun goes away! I love experimenting with things that I find or fabric or yarn that people give me. I can't wait to see what else you create out of that fabric.
