my step-father got his visa approval last month so just waiting to actually get it, once my mama, little brother n step-father are actually home I should be able to start swapping again =^-^= I probably wont be able to get in on the nov. swap if you start one as we're bustin arse to get my mama's plane ticket money, and dec will probably be a lil hectic with everyone home for the first time in 4 years, but jan will likely be when I can jump back in =)

where are they all coming from? How wonderful everyone can get together!

They're commin from Egypt, its been a 4 year nightmare trying to get this immigration crap over with, I missed both my baby brother's first 2 birthdays because of it, so hopefully he'll get to be home and have christmas with everyone this year. Plus it would be good for him because my daughter is 6mo older than him so he'd have a playmate who lives with him to keep him occupied (he's developmentally behind because of how they teach their kids over there, not even being mean) He's got a crib full of toys we cant wait to give him =^-^= so hopefully all goes well and I can get into some swaps and get some awesome handmade stuff for him too

That is great Tenitsu!

I've started a discussion about the OPS in the Swap Theme Ideas board. I've only had 2 of you express interest and I don't know if that's enough right now to make it worth my time. No offence! But go talk about with me over there where I'm hoping others will get involved as well. Thanks!

I'm not in any swaps at the moment, but I haven't decided if I should take a swap break or join again...

Oh my gosh! I forgot to mention that I received a lovely package from Barbara. I don't have time to post photos right now but she sent a splendid crocheted bow bunting I am excited for you all to see.

Hello Guys,

yesterday, I've got a cute package from Penelopewaits (Esther) with these cute things:

here are a bit closer pictures (sorry, my camera died, so I borrowed my mom's).
Love this amazing pincushion with embroidery, so nicely made:

And little washi tape notebooks:

love the soft colors, so girly! Smiley Thanks a lot, Esther, love them all! Smiley

I got some SPECTACULAR goodies!
rscowtown sent me TOW reversible cowls! They are pretty rad. I feel all stylish and chic in them! Smiley

Aren't they adorable? I have a thing for keys, but my grandmother who just passed did as well, so it's extra special to me Smiley

penelopewaits sent me a little matryshka/babushka cross stitch! She is so tiny and cute! She also sent along some floss (which I TOTALLY hoard! heehee) which i can't wait to try the gradated color ones!

Thank you so much ladies!! I love my goodies Smiley

I got my package from jexxican yesterday but the borrowed camera I used to get pics died and I had to wait for it's owner to get back to show me where the charger was hidden before I could post. ^.^'

I absolutely LOVE the stamps & my daughter keeps trying to take off with the card. lol
Thanks again jexxican! XD

That package from PenelopeWaits with the pincushion is FABULOUS! Those mini mole skins look great.

Redstar got spoiled twice. Wow, ladies, your generosity in this swap astounds me sometimes.

Zadok, I'm gad you're happy with the stamps. It' so great to pull out supplies that rarely get used. And just so you know, Bunny1kenobi made the card.
