Found a plate in a very pretty shade of green at Goodwill. Also found a string of shells and a string of beads, and the gold shell clip. I had the loose pearls and shells in my stash, and the big pearly piece at the bottom is from a gaudy necklace a sister gave me. I even found some wire plate hangers I'd had forever. Small round mirror from the candle section at Dollar Tree.

I'm running out the door, but I'll take a picture of the back later. I used a wire plate hanger-each end has hooks that go over the top and bottom of the plate, and the middle is a spring that stretches, so it's a snug fit,and there's a loop on the back for hanging. You can't see the hooks on the front because the two medallions/doodads fit over them. The garden mirror also uses one of those plate hangers,if you look close, you can see the metal hooks on the front. And thanks, always!

You know I don't have to tell you that I love this.  But I am excited that I feel like *I* could tackle a project of this scale someday.  Nicely done, as always.  Wink

I think this is the prettiest mirror you have made so far.  I just love the colour of the plate.

Thanks, scifimom!  The green is prettier in person-no way was I going to cover it up! It was 75 cents well spent.  Grin
