I received a beautiful cross stitch snowflake from mink_bikini. It is finished beautifully. I love the red and white and the cross stitching is so delicate. Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow.

Deck the halls with boughs of holly...Traaa laaaa laaa laa la la la la. I can't wait for the holiday Christmas season, though I celebrate many seasons. This year is special for me. I am actually on top of things, and I think this one I may actually get a chance to relax and enjoy. Comes with older age ( sad face...but not really ). Don't want any new frown lines  Grin Still awaiting my goodies, but they should be here any day now. Still in touch with partner, and she is a sweetie. She posted some excellent pictures that she shared here, and I was able to add to my Pinterest page! Yeah! Learning how to use this darn thing after almost 3 years off line! I'm still a happy camper, and not stressing anything. I hope everyone else can do the same. Don't sweat the small stuff, put up with the gruff, and make amends where you can. Keep in the holiday spirit! Just a suggestion. Aids in the digestion!

What a treat to see all the holiday glitter. Tardis, fish, glittery blue snowflakes and red ones too. Houses and Oh My. They all are so different and creative. Really gets me in the spirit, and I needed it as holiday crafting takes time and with green grass and orange trees it is hard to get in the mood. Fun swap....and there is more to come.

Now for the shameless promotion piece. I sent mink_bikini a little house and her house inspired 11 more. Actually I did them all at the same time and then had a hard time picking out the best. So here are the rest. I tied them just like ms. bikinis...really added a nice touch. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=428370.msg5112074#msg5112074

Swaps like this one gets my creative juices just churning away. It's almost dangerous. I cut out 12 more blocks today to do half fall theme and half holiday. Hopefully they will raise some $$ for charity!

Ninaprettyballerina - Were any of the "packing materials" something you haven't tried?
