I am looking for a white stamp pad to stamp onto black tissue paper.  There are quite a few choices, but what one has worked best for you?  This will also be used to stamp on black cardstock for Halloween cards.

If you want a bright, crisp white image - have you thought about stamping and then embossing with a fine white embossing powder?

That is a great idea!  I picked up some StazOn opaque cotton-white stamping ink kit, which seemed to do the trick... only the application of ink on the stamp pad is a little irksome.
I have clear embossing powder, didn't think of white.  I believe I will pick some up.

Just an idea - have you considered using white transfer foils? I thought they might give you an interesting effect.

Close to My Heart has a really nice white ink pad.  I got mine years ago from them.
