I started making some new pendants with wood, in a different way then before. First I made dragonflies, but now I like to burn small drawings by hand into wooden disks.
Just wanted to show it and see if people like it! Smiley I really enjoy making these.

Any ideas about what else you would like to see on wood?

Those are pretty! As far as ideas on what to make, I say go with your heart & make what you love!

These are super neat. The touch of color is a really nice additional to the wood burning. I'd probably wear one on a chain of some type (antique brass colored or something?). Some woodland animals would go wonderfully on the wood - fox, owl, squirrel - as well as other flowers. Can't wait to see more Smiley

I love those! Hedgehogs sounds a good one! I would go crazy for one of those, with a hedgehog on it! :-D

I looking for fabrics! Willing to do a fabric exchange or some kind of swap.

I am up for private swap for Teesha Moore patches!! PM me if  you are interested! :-D

I really really like these.  I too like the addition of colour to them.  I see one done with a mushroom, why I don't know, but woods and mushroom seem to go together in my mind.

These are beautifully done; you've got a hell of a steady hand.

I think more nature stuff would look great, but I also think you could make some really fun stuff by putting unexpected pictures down. Electronic equipment comes to mind, or maybe tiny food scenes. You could even do a few quotes, which I think would look really pretty.

A bit late, but I did not notice the replies!
Thanks Smiley

I love the idea of hedgehogs and mushrooms (Sifi Mom and Golden Sunshine) I might do that! Both can be very cute.
Also the woodland creatures sound wonderful (perfectly bohemian), I expecially like foxes, so I might try a curled up fox.
The unexpected things, like electronic stuff sounds very interesting too. I am not sure though if that is completely my thing. But maybe I will try it anyway, could be a lot of fun to explore new things.

I did make two new ones, the tree is from a while ago already, and the flowers are from last week.
Both where woodburned again, and colored with paint or copic markers.

There is also one with red flowers, but lost the picture for a moment.
I am thinking about using the flowers for little ear-studs as well. Just tiny red flowers as ear-studs. Or maybe white daisy like flowers. Or blue 'forget me not' flowers.
