I used three Dilly Bean digital stamps for these deliciously cute mermaid designs. I colored the images with colored pencils and blended with mineral spirits. The images are laminated for stability and water resistance. I have a heat laminator but lamination sheets would work just as well. Add glitter before laminating.  The mermaids are attached to clothespins that I painted blue and then distressed with sand paper.
