I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

MissingWillow and I were partnered in the Vintage Hallowe'en Swap and this little tin was made. During the swap process, I always have dead projects, the ones that seem like a good idea and then go horribly wrong, so I pitch them in a bin. This tin began that way until I saw the itsy bitsy pumpkin head images in a Dick and Jane book. I thought of Jack Pumpkinhead sketching out new head designs; I don't know what lead me there. Anyway, the tin got nice "wallpaper", Jack's table and knife, the little pumpkin images, and a coloured pencil and ink image of Jack. The back also got Dick and Jane, in the form of lettering, and a black cat finished the back. There were two old mini carousel horses in the stash bin that have great bases so I removed the horse, painted the base, and glued it on the tin. Added pom poms, and all done!

Now go peek at what I received]/url]!

A carousel horse base, that's what that is.  Genius!  I love that you were inspired to make this gem from a Dick and Jane book.  You are so talented, I just love this.  Thank you again for my treasure!
