Sorry about the not so great phone pic.  This dress is 100% rayon.  It has a elastic waist and came with a belt.  I have only worn it once.  I really want to wear it again but the neckline just doesn't look great on me.  Any ideas on what sort of neckline I should alter it to or change the sleeves?
