Following my filet crochet Darth Vader ( http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=419187.0#axzz2eUZHAGJg ), I decided to do another one. I stuck with Star Wars since that is my husband's favorite, and came up with Boba Fett.
I did manage to pin this one to dry much better than I did the Darth Vader, but hey, Vader was the first I had ever done.

This is awesome! Love your Vader one too. What a fun take on filet style.

I've never done filet crochet because I am lazy about keeping counts, but this makes me want to finally sit down and give it a try. It's great work. Did you create the pattern yourself or use an image-to-pattern converter? However you did it, it looks great.

I imported an image into some software that I have, then I cleaned it up a bit since the import came out a bit messy. I'm quite happy with it!
I recently learned how to do filet crochet, and I was amazed at just how easy it actually is. You should give it a try, gaylefrancis. You may get hooked on it like I have (pun intended!).  Cheesy
