The other night I had to tell my six year old to stop reading his book and go to bed. Is a great feeling really. Then when he finished the book he cried because he wasn't ready to say goodbye to the characters.  This is probably one of the most exhorting things ever to me. So I made him this because it seems to fit. Also any excuse to craft.




I got the pattern from here http://m.pinterest.com/pin/64105994667593836/ and just changed the colors to his favorites. Now I've found about a thousand things I want to make. Lol!

Ha ha, I love it!  That's really cute.  And it's great that your son loves to read so much at such a young age, it sounds like you're raising him right.  Smiley

This could also work to inspire children who don't want to read assigned books. 'just one more page' and they'd be through the book!
