I thought that I had an Autumn wreath stashed in the garage, but I was wrong. I started browsing around at the stores for a wreath that I liked, but couldn't see spending $20 on one. So, I marched my way to the dollar store, gathered some supplies and made my own!

Materials:
Stick wreath
Taffeta
Fake flowers and leaves
Wire ribbon
Glue gun

How I did it:
I wrapped the stick wreath with the taffeta ( This made an absolute mess!) Then I got glue gun crazy and stuck a ton of leaves, flowers and the goodies that came on the fall leaf bunches at the dollar store. I like the look of the wreaths that are full and layered and that is what I did. When I got close to the end, I made a loop hanger with the wire ribbon, glued it on and then wrapped the base with taffeta. This worked really well and I am fairly confident that it will last through the years.

Total Cost: $8 (Yeah dollar store!)
This is the in progress taffeta wrapping and showing of the supplies.
Finished product hanging on my front door!
