I made a quick diy plant stand from a recycled old wrought iron aquarium stand thats been hanging around forever ! , 1$ floral wire and 3 dollar store planters ! I love it , Now I just need some more plants for it and to decide what to do with the bottom ( more planters or plant directly in the soil ..?) .. this section of our yard near the pond We plan to use bricks or landscaping timbers filled with pea gravel to make a little sitting area . ...note the planters were too small squared up so I placed them on the diagonal and used wire to secure them in place

I love making use of items that might  otherwise end up in the trash
Thanks for looking and have a great day
Jayne

It looks great and I love the diamond planters (instead of square!). Why don't you put climbers in the base, then they can grow up the wonderful cast iron shapes at the sides?
