OMG. I bought this new program, DRAWings Pro 6. It's cool, but not as nice as I had hoped. Although, since it cost only 1300EUR I'm not complaining! Definately a bargain. (For those of you not in the KNOW, the software I'd LIKE TO have costs 15 000 EUR... WITHOUT TAXES!)

The first two embroideries I made by first drawing on the computer, then automatically digitizing the drawings. That works out really well, I'm pleased!





The third one I first drew by hand, then scanned. I tried the automatic digitizing on this one also but it was HORRIBLE. This one I did convert to a vector image, but apparently the lines on the drawing were too wide, so the embroidery software insisted to make them into satin stitch.... Awful. So after a few minutes of cursing I decided to digitize it by hand - dot by dot. It took me over an hour, but I'm quite pleased with the way it turned out.
