I've been getting into a super "Fally" mood recently.  A few cool mornings have got me really looking forward to Autumn!
I whipped this up. It's a simple pattern I just winged using bulky yarn (Lionbrand Homespun in WildFire) and an N hook.

Chain 19, DC in 4th ch from hook, *skip 2 ch, (DC, Ch 1, Dc), skip 2 ch, all the way across, DC in last chain. Turn. Chain 3.*
Repeat from *to* until cowl is desired length.
Attach pretty buttons that will fit thru the spaces in your stitches.

Thanks for looking,
C&C always welcome!

I love the color you chose.  I just bought some Homespun on sale and now I know what to do with it.  Thanks Smiley

I feel like this is exactly the kind of project Homespun was made for. It looks super warm, pretty, and doesn't take a lot of time. Every time I use Homespun, I end up with some sort of snarl, and this seems like a project I could finish without hating everything. The buttons are a really nice touch.

Thank you all so much for the kind words!  The yarn really is so soft and warm. Using such a big hook absolutely helped with this yarn. I started out using a J hook and even tho that's still a relatively big hook, it was making loops too small to distinguish. With this yarn I'd say the bigger the hook, the better!
