Once I saw it, I couldn't resist stitching up my own version of a blackwork cylon. The design is from gatchacaz on deviant art. I chose to do it in glow in the dark floss on black.

The work involved here is staggering if just for the fact that you used BLACK aida cloth. That stuff kills my eyes.
You should be very proud!

no no no Blair, you are the coolest! I do love blackwork so very much - honestly, I think it really calls to the math geek in me saying "look, order and beautiful patterns can make art too - it doesn't have to be free form"
