My best freind bought me one and I already have a nice plush one, So this ones sitting around. Its thin and white and just waiting to be remade but into what? most creative I could get was pillow covers (which I have enough of)

last year I cut up a fleece and made everyone in my family neck warmers - basically like a soft sleeve for your neck. We wear them skiing. They're great and you can applique cute things on them. White would be pretty because you could add any kind of embellishment.
You'll probably want to double up the fleece if it's thin. Here's a tutorial: http://eveofreduction.com/upcycle-sweatpants-to-fleece-neck-warmer/
