How This Swap Works:
Please READ CAREFULLY! This swap works differently than most!
There will be a first post that has a craftster (person A) and their wish list of 15 handmade items for babies/kids as well as a list of supplies. A second craftster (person B) will look over that list, choose something to make for person A and then post their own wish list. Person C comes along and choose from Bs wish list, and in turn posts their own and so on. (If Person C wanted to make Person B two smaller items, that would still count as ONE WISH.)
When you claim someone it is important to post your claim status up to that point. So if this is your first claim you would put 1/0/0 meaning you had made one claim, not shipped any yet, and none had been received yet.

About Your Wishlist:

You will want to come up with a wish list of 15 handmade items for baby as well as any supplies you may be needing to make baby/kiddo projects yourself. (Please have your list ready before making a claim, this type of swap can move very quickly! If not I will skip you and or remove your claim!!  Please include your country at the start of your wish list). Person B will also PM Person A to get her address so they can mail the item when it is finished.

When you want to make a claim, you can ONLY pick from the very last wish list in the chain.  You can't pick anyone else in the chain - you can only connect to the very end of the chain, which is that last wish list posted.

After you have made your claim, you need to PM that person for their address within 24 hours!! It is up to you to make sure you do this DO NOT PM THE ORGANIZER FOR THIS INFO! You must get and keep safe until you ship!

You may have 2 claims at any given time.  If this is your first swap, you are only allowed one claim at a time until your crafts are received for this month. Do not choose over your given limit. If there is a stall in the thread the organizers can claim again to get this moving again!

***Do not claim someone unless you can fulfill that wish to a high caliber***

~~You must send your package using delivery confirmation with in the USA. NO exceptions within the USA!
~~If sending overseas as it takes so long we are changing the rule for INTERNATIONAL packages ONLY as soon as you ship AND SEND A PHOTO COPY /PIC of the shipping receipt ( or the tracking number from the receipt) you can claim again ONLY AFTER I HAVE THIS RECEIPT HOWEVER!!!

Sending/Communicating/Feedback:
YOU HAVE TWO WEEKS (14 days from the time you claim)TO GET YOUR ITEM OUT THE DOOR.

Here's the last claim from the last round. =)

anna.wahnsinn

Hi, I live in Germany, I'll be 37 next month, I have a lovely supportive husband and a sweet little daughter (Lea will be turning two on Monday) - and the due date for Hanna is Tuesday. So obviously this is the perfect time to join a swap. This swap, anyway.

My favourite colours are cream, pink, dark teal, dark brown, deep purple, black. I use those colours for the kids as well, plus light green. I like plain fabrics, or patterns like leaves, blooms, polka dots, dots, stripes. Kids' fabrics can be merrier, of course! We have decorated our apartment mostly in light colours (white, cream, wood) so colourful stuff is always welcome. What I don't really like are the typical (at least here) kids' colours red-blue-green-yellow. Repurposed fabrics are fine!

I've set up a a little board on pinterest for this swap, links from my list are here: http://pinterest.com/annawahnsinn/craftster-ongoing-babykiddo-swap/ - but of course I have loads of other pins, Pinterest turned out to be a bit addictive.

Handmade Baby-Items
O swaddler in jersey (can provide pattern)
O swaddler in regular cotton (...)
O diaper changing pad/station for me
O diaper & wipe cases for DH & for me
O simple small strip quilt

O small fitted sheets (17x32) - solids ideal to go with our brown pram (with flowery pattern)

O a book cushion (baby toy)
O animal bath mitten
O felt fishing game
O fabric beach ball - to put a ballon in
O ladybug taggie/toy

I've updated my list a bit so I won't stall this swap:

1/0/0

I claimed Ewulotta for a felt bird mobile in Round 1 - and some extras I already was working on for her.

Hi, I live in Germany, I'll be 37 this month, I have a lovely supportive husband and two sweet little daughters: Lea has just turned two and Hanna was born on Thursday.

My favourite colours are cream (sand, milk, stone, wool... think nature), pink, dark teal, dark brown, deep purple, black.

I've set up a board on Pinterest for this swap, links to all handmade items (or at least pictures) from my list are here: http://pinterest.com/annawahnsinn/craftster-ongoing-babykiddo-swap/.

NEW ADDED CRAFTED ITEMS
O sewn baby shoes (examples on my pinterest list)
O knitted baby / kid hat/s with owl pattern http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/owl-hat-4 40-45cm and/or 55cm
O berry baby hat http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/berry-baby-hat 40-45cm and/or 55cm
O Labyrinth onesie - the babe with the power (love the design from thinkgeek) http://www.thinkgeek.com/product/e846/?srp=6
O Princess Leia buns hat - sewn/crocheted/knit http://www.stitchingupastormcrochet.blogspot.de/2012/02/princess-leia-beaniewig-pattern.html
O simple oversize cross-stitch sweater or shirt (works for both kids) like this http://www.uberchicforcheap.com/2012/10/diy-cross-stitch-heart-sweater.html - colours can be completely different, and we'd love a star or a ladybug, as well
O simple-ish blank recipe cards in A5 (ca. 10x15cm / 4x6in) and dividers for baby and toddler food - I only have a box and a very tattered old book with lots of grubby single scraps... or maybe even colourful like this design:  http://heartmadeblog.com/free-download-bunting-flags-recipe-cards/ - or these are so cute http://www.mygrafico.com/freebies/free-summer-recipe-card-printables/prod_8703.html! (I'm counting those as a crafted project, because it does take time to properly print & cut those, and so far I haven't managed it myself, like knitting, for example)
O burp cloths/wipes (slim ones & square ones, or with the neck cut-out...) http://creamerchronicles.blogspot.de/2011/08/more-sewing-for-baby.html
O fabric buckets/bins with/without handles like this: http://radcrafter.com/2011/11/fabric-organizer-bin-aka-diaper-caddy-sewing-tutorial-and-free-pattern-download/#comment-608 - although can be solid coloured or with a kiddie pattern... and I don't need the peltex stuff, I'd prefer the bin to be washable

I claim eiseldora for some bibs and burp cloths from her pinterest. =) (1/0/0)

I have two little girls, Natalia (2 1/2) years) and Kaliah (4 months) and we just bought a lovely little house with some land in Idaho. I have a pretty modern style and I like prints such as chevron, stripes, dots and houndstooth. I have a dream of decorating their room with greys, white, pink and some navy blue. I plan to paint their walls with large grey and white stripes leaving the pink as an accent color and minimal navy accents.

Sewn:
I need at least 3 of these fabric bins. I have a quilt rack I plan to hang low and put these on the rod for organizing. (Please have them end up being about 14 inches wide to fit to the rod I have.)  Would love the outer fabric to be grey and white print with inside fabric being a fun print. http://pinterest.com/pin/242209286182508535/

I want to put together a felt board and several felt play sets as their large Christmas gift this year. Here are some of the sets I'd love to get:

I claim klg_jlg for a baby doll carrier.  1/0/0

My name is Robin and I live in Portland, Oregon with my partner Phil and our inquisitive and imaginative daughter Aria Jae.  When Im not crafting or hanging out with the family, Im probably teaching, doing research, or attempting to make some progress on my dissertation. Im hoping someone will craft for either my 5.5 year old daughter, Aria Jae or my 4 month old niece, Evelyn.  My daughter loves My Little Pony Friendship is Magic (her favorite is Pinkie Pie), Transformers, Superheroes, animals, science, and exploring the wilderness.  She is a mix of girly girl and rough tough little pioneer lass.   My sister prefers more gender neutral colors (i.e. go easy on the pink and frills) and is a computer science nerd so something nerd-tastic for Evelyn might be fun.  If you check out my Pinterst youll find several boards dedicated entirely to Aria.  Id love anything from any of those boards.  http://www.pinterest.com/rlynn/

For 5.5 year old Aria

1.   Any clothing for little Miss Ariashe loves dresses, skirts, and pantaloons.  Check out my pinterest   board for ideas - http://pinterest.com/rlynn/aria-clothing/. (Size 6)
2.   Custom stenciled or applique tees for Aria.  Good themes are animals (especially elephants), MLP, Care Bears, Superheroes (Avengers and X-men), dinosaurs, anatomy, volcanoes, rainbows (Size 6)
3.   Car pillow for Aria (you know, the kind that look like mini boppy pillows)
4.   Seat Belt cover for Aria
5.   Assorted doll/stuffed animal diapers in various sizes.
6.   Milk crate liners to hold Arias toys - http://pinterest.com/pin/68468856804893898/
7.   Crocheted or Sewn Totoros for Aria.
8.   Knitted animal stuffies like this sweet elephant - http://pinterest.com/pin/68468856807017238/.
9.   Custom artwork inspired by my daughter Aria.  If art is your thing, Id love to send you a photo and see what you come up with.  Im trying to collect a whole wall of Aria art by various artists.  Any medium or style is welcome.
10.   Doctor play kit for Aria, I really like this one - http://pinterest.com/pin/68468856805505207/.
11.   Lap desk for Aria like this - http://pinterest.com/pin/68468856804474258/.
12.   Craft kits for Aria; thinkmake your own flower press kit, fairy garden kit, felted rocks or soaps kit, simple sewing kits, etc

For 4 month old Evelyn (Evie)

13.   Clothing for my adorable and spunky little niece Evelyn.  She is 4 months old so probably 6 month or bigger in size.  Again, my sister would like to avoid pink and girly themes.
14.   Custom stenciled tees for Evie.  Good themes would be computer science geek themed.
15.   Slouchy hat for Evelyn like this - http://pinterest.com/pin/68468856804616327/.  PM for head size.
16.   Hooded bath towels
17.   Baby crinkle toys like these http://fabriccake.blogspot.com/2011/06/crinkle-toys-and-rattles.html
18.   Hand-dyed play silks in various sizes

Supplies!

1.   thread for my sewing machine (all colors, please only gutermann or coats and clark)
2.   zippers (bright and fun colors, any and all lengths)
3.   zippers (with metal teeth, can't seem to find them)
4.   Separating jacket zippers of various lengths
5.   45mm or 18mm olfa blades for my rotary cutter
6.   watercolor paper
7.   Gallery style canvas (the kind that is stretched over a wood frame; any size)
8.   iron on interfacing (mid-heavy)
9.   Fabric from my Fabric Love Pinterest board here - http://pinterest.com/rlynn/fabric-love/
10.   sewing machine needles (universal and stretch)
11.   Paintbrushes
12.   Bernina bobbins
Thanks much!!

I claim Eiseldora for a sewn alphabet (1/0/0)

Hi, I live in Germany with my husband and two sweet little daughters: Lea has just turned two and Hanna was born on September 5.

My favourite colours are cream (sand, milk, stone, wool... think nature), pink, dark teal, dark brown, deep purple, black. What I don't really like is the typical (at least here) kids' combination of red-blue-green-yellow. Repurposed stuff is fine! I prefer cotton or other natural fibers.

I've set up a board on Pinterest for this swap, links to all handmade items (or at least pictures) from my list are here: http://pinterest.com/annawahnsinn/craftster-ongoing-babykiddo-swap/.
