A 1.00 cardboard mirror from Dollar Tree. Painted green,covered with jewelry and beads from friends,family, craftsters, and thrift stores.

You do such a nice job with these mirrors.  All of the different greens are so pretty (especially with the natural scenery in the background of the pics!)  This is such a neat way to use costume jewelry.  I eat the fish at the bottom of this one, too.

    I eat THIS.  I have so much old costume jewelry, too!  It looks almost like you have a glittery base under the jewelry.  What are they adhered with?

    They're adhered with good old E6000.Which, even when I try to be careful, there's still glue strings to be cleaned away. After that, I take a paintbrush and apply a coat of Ailene's Jewelry Pendant Gel. It dries clear and shiny,and helps reinforce the beads in place. The mirror was plain brown cardboard, painted with a couple of coats of acrylic paint. I eat Luminere acrylics! This color was called Halo Blue Gold, but it's really an iridescent green shade.
