I claim Grab a coffee for a Viking hat and little ami

3rd claim, 0 In Transit, 0 recieved

Hi!  Im Melanie from Ontario, Canada. Im a 36 year old stay-at-home-mom to 5, 4 boys and 1 girl.  No allergies at our house really.  We have a huge family day on Christmas with aunts and uncles, grandmas and grandpas and kids, and we do this for both sides.  Long fun days.  Im sure my list will get longer as we get closer to the holidays, but for now this is what I can think of.

I have a family gifts board on my pinterest thats full of ideas and each of my kids also have their own boards, anything from there would be awesome.  http://pinterest.com/mama24boyz/

I would love lots of snowball surprises!! These look awesome! One at a time of course   http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513505452/
These would be great for anyone on my list too http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513505455/
As would these snowman chocolates http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513505443/
Heres another thing that would work for so many people. http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199509667971/

Mom OK, my Mom is hard!!  Maybe not, but she is for me.  She has a unique style I think.  She loves her hot tub and being outside.  She likes wine.  She has little iguanas hanging around (ceramic, not real) and she likes bold colours.
- I would LOVE if someone could knit her these socks http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/lizard-socks-2
- My Moms a machine shop teacher in high school.  I think she would LOVE some sort of steampunk ornament.
- My Mom would LOVE this windchime made of old wine bottles.  Could be any colour. http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510547042/
- These mason jars would be perfect for her deck at night! http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510408563/
- This would be PERFECT!!! http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513369661/

Dad My Dad is another one who is pretty difficult.  Hes originally from Manchester England and loves Manchester soccer team.  I really dont have any ideas for him.
- Manchester United coasters

Max - Brother Max and Nat just had a baby boy!!!  As of today he is a whole 5 days old!!  Max also LOVES Ace Ventura and Scarface.
- Something to do with Daddy would be amazingly awesome!
- This Jack Daniels soap bottle would be great for his mancave http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513035150/

Natalie SIL Nat loves dancing and baking.  She has her own dance studio where she teaches kids.  She loves turtles.  She likes nautical themed things.  Shes a brand new wonderful Mommy!!
- Ballerina loaded charm bracelet
- A business card holder
- She does yoga, these socks or some similar would be perfect! http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510559563/
- I think Nat would like these too, I like that they look like long legwarmers but they really only peek out the top of your boot so they don't have to be as long as these ones and go all the way to your ankle... http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510559566/
- A cute chapstick holder would be nice, whether its for one to hang on a keychain or something for multiple to go in her purse

- bath teas http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513505449/

Madden - nephew

- some cute baby onesies
- This would be adorable in a 6 month size http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199513501984/

Love this Christmasy wreath http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199511189104/

A Christmas tree skirt, doesn't have to be totally Christmasy, but it can be, but I also like just a blue/silver or purple/silver, or something cute and Christmasy

I claim mama24boyz for something Manchester United!

3/0/0

Hi my name is Cindy... I'm 36 and live in Wisconsin with my favorite boys.

Kirk- Kirk is the husbandhes a 42-year-old stay at home dad and former sports writer. Hes a tough one for me even after 10 years of marriage.
-Anything Pontiac. He owned a Fiero (his dream car) briefly this year, but it was short-lived due to his lack of mechanical know-how and budget.
-long sleeved t shirts or sweatshirts... the dude is always cold. He doesn't tend to wear humorous shirts, but logos are usually fine.
-Anything reminiscent of toys of the 1970's... Kirk was born in 1971 and was an only child. He loves him some nostalgia.
-Anything Green Bay Packers or Milwaukee Brewers Or even retro Milwaukee Bucks
-Anything baseball/football/basketball cards. He started collecting as a kid and re-discovered the love of collecting after his mom passed away.
-Anything related to sports history. This man is crazy for sports and has a brain like Wikipedia when it comes to sports history. Baseball is his all time favorite sport.
-Kirk is also a distance runner. He's done two marathons and countless half marathons. Something to display medals on would be fantastic. Anything else related would also be awesome.

Nolan- Nolan is my son. Hes 7 years old and in second grade. Nolan has autism, so he doesnt necessarily respond to the world the way a neurotypical kid might. He is nonverbal and uses an iPad to communicate basic needs.  His birthday is also in December, so its always double-duty gifting month for us!
-Nolan loves fishespecially the koi pond in his school (he feeds the fish with a friend every day).
-A new favorite seems to be the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Especially Donatello because he has a staff that spins (Nolans a fan of spinning things )
-Fun shirtsespecially long-sleeved. I tend to put him in bold or bright colors so that I can see him easily when were out in public, and I love to put him in shirts that say goofy things or have some personality. Hes an awesome kid, and its often a good ice breaker for people. A shark or dinosaur hoodie would also be phenomenal.
-Dinosaurs are also a new favorite. It helps that T-rex cracks me up with his big bold scariness and tiny arms
-a pillow with elastic straps to hold his iPad at an angle comfortably in its case would be awesome... like the as seen on tv ones, only not $29.95 and large enough to accommodate the giant impact resistant foam case that it's kept in. I can send measurements if needed

MomMy mom is always kind of tough She doesnt have a ton of space where she lives and tends to be a clutter-free kind of a girl In general, I try to do practical things for her whenever I can.
-Un-Paper towels-- these would be phenomenal
-Kitchen towelsthe kind that attach to the bar of the stove whether they be crocheted on top or I know Ive seen sewn options These are the kinds of things she loves
-reusable gift bags in any sizes and occasion (or generic)
-Yarn dish clothsmy mother loves washing dishes. I knowI dont get it either. But she loves a good homemade yarn dish cloth. Thanks Love!
-Anything with the Laughing Buddha or other Asian inspiration Mom lived in Japan for 4 years right after high school while my dad was in the Navy She fell in love with the art and much of the cultural imageryespecially the Laughing Buddha (or Hotei as we grew up knowing him). Bonus points if you find any awesome rice crackers theyre a constant on her wish list.
-bowl holders... like the curved to accommodate a bowl hot pad type... one or two would be plenty

JamesJames is my neices husband Hes a 24-year-old mechanical engineer and a bit of a know-it-all. I drew his name in this years round of Homemade Christmas (which we do every other year in my family), so I do have to make the bulk of his gift. However, I am on the lookout for some imagery of calculus/ physics type math either on fabric or that I can transfer to fabric that I intend to do some embroidery over the top of This would be a huge help if anyone has finished any classes with a notebook full of problems theyd like to have immortalized

AnnieAnn is my youngest sister (shes 41) and a grandma. Nolan actually has her name for Homemade Christmas. With kids, theyre required to do something homemadeeven if its small, but they are allowed to supplement with something they did not make themselves.
-Bookmark kits for Nolan to assemble-- Ann loves to read Nolan does just fine with things like stickers, washi tape, rubber stamps and other items that can be glued or adhered. Thanks RMGS!
-Anything that says, My grandmas tattoos are cooler than your grandmas tattoos for her grandbaby (probably a size 9 months or so? Shell be a year by then but shes not quite in a 6-9 month size yet) My sister is the only of my sisters to be a grandma (despite having siblings 10 years older than her), so this would be fun.
-Something with a joke about red-heads or freckles would also be appropriate. Or curly hair. Or wine. Or beer. Yeah, any of those
-Ann also loves Jenny Lawson (thebloggess.com). Anything inspired by Beyonce the metal chicken or pretty much any of her shenanigans would be awesome. And even if you dont find inspiration there, youll find some good laughs.

Coworkers- I am in an oddly structured department where I have 4 peers and we each have one supervisor... so yes, we're half peons and half supervisors.
-lanyards for ID badges
-mug rugs
-pretty scarves (we're all girls except for one guy)

Cats- Oscar and Frodo (yes... we're those people)
-cushions or beds
-toys for chasing (Frodo could use a little cardio... not unlike his mom)
-Oscar's not a fan of catnip for whatever reason, but Frodo is.

I think that's it at this point. I do have many many other options on pinterest if anything jumps out at you! I will try to expand and provide examples also!

I claim Watsonc7 for two coffee themed mug rugs.
I claim Nolansmomster for two mug rugs.

Cheesy  Hi!  My name is Barbara (a.k.a.-LadybugsAndBumblebees) and I am married to a wonderful DH who supports my crafting.  We have three children:  19 yo DS, 11 yo DD, and a 9 yo DD.  I am a preschool teacher for 'at risk' students.  We live in New York.

I am in this swap in hopes of receiving items to gift to my family, friends, children's teachers, co-workers, doctors, etc...  I am listing some items here, but PLEASE check out my wist and pinterest (links in my signature) for more items, and photos of some of the items I am listing here.  The items I am looking for as gifts are on my 'Please Make Me A Gift For...' Pinterest board.

I'm going to post the items by type of craft to make it easier for you to peruse:

PAPERCRAFTS:
-generic winter themed cards for us to send during the holidays (i.e.-snowmen, winter trees, etc....)
-gift bows made out of magazine pages
-gift tags

SEWN:
-winter themed fabric gift bags in varying sizes (please no holiday specific ones)
-there are many types of keyrings listed on my pinterest...I would love to receive as many as you would like to send!
-lanyards...again, great gifts appropriate to many people, I would love to receive as many as you would like to make!
-bowties for my 19 yo DS
-clothes and accessories for an American Girl doll (for 9 yo DD)

YARNIE:
-I have crocheted snowflakes on my pinterest...I received ten from someone in another swap, but could still use MANY more!
-lip balm keyring cozies
-crocheted/knitted mouse or rat for DH (he's an exterminator   Grin)
-a set of SMALL animals for 11 yo DD
-a small crocheted or knitted minion (from the movie 'Despicable Me') for DH

OTHER CRAFTS:
-fancy headbands for 9 yo dd-made using the hard 'U' shaped headbands please (the fabric ones slip off her head)
-My 11 yo DD LOVES animals and wants to be a vet.  I was thinking if someone wanted to put together a "vet kit" that she could use to pretend with, that would be great!  Like a clipboard with a paper checklist that would include different types of animals she might be treating, with a check-off box next to each, so she could choose, a space to write what the animal was sick with, a space for her to write what she did to treat the animal, a space for her signature, etc...  *If different people wanted to make different parts of the kit and I could put it all together, that would be fine too.*
-cufflinks for my 19 yo DS
-some sort of holder for my 9 yo DD's Nintendo DS
-something Hello Kitty themed that would be useful and appropriate for my boss (I'm 40, she's older than me.  She runs the center I work for.  I thought maybe something like a Hello Kitty themed pencil holder, etc...)

*I am unable to take and post photos.  If you claim me, you will have to post the photos of what you send to me.  Thank you so much, it is GREATLY appreciated!*

**There are no allergens in my house.  Everyone but me in our house is SLIGHTLY allergic to pets.  I can receive items from someone who has pets, as long as the item and supplies are kept away from the pet.  PLEASE do not claim me if you smoke, or have smokers in your home.**

THANK YOU FOR CLAIMING ME!!!!!!  Grin

I claim LadyBugsandBumblebees for a set of cufflinks for her son.  This is my second claim this round.  (2/0/0)

Hi, all!  I'm Tracy from Idaho.  Hubby and I have two college aged boys who are off to school and three furry family members.  We have lots of nieces and nephews and family is scattered all across the country.  I'm quite excited for this swap, and my list will probably evolve as we go along and get closer to the holiday season.

I love that I can gift quality handmade items from the Craftster Community.  If you have a business card or tag that you use, I'd like to include it with gift packages, so would be very grateful if you would send it on along!  ♥

Things that would be great for lots of folks on the lists:

Handmade soaps - cold or hot process, not M & P.  Any scents you enjoy working with would be great - there are so many folks this would work for that I'm sure to be able to match your available scents with recipients preferences.

Felted Soaps:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639698662/

These awesome charger pockets:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694694/

Baseball bracelets like these: http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694379/

This type of 'giving plate' for friends and neighbors - your own style/color/interpretation is welcomed!  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694373/

Soup mugs:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639554658/

Love this bird's nest hoopla for my bro and sis-in-law, love the burlap, would need to have 4 pinkish eggs and 2 blue ones:  http://pinterest.com/pin/286682332503140541/

For some of the ladies - I could gift these lovely mittens to as many as seven folks on my list:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639698632/

For my mother-in-law - she lost one of a pair of tree of life earrings that we had gifted her and they matched the only necklace she wears.  They should be silver, circular and a silhouette design similar to either of these: http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694402/    http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694433/

Also like these tree of life earrings as an alternative - for MiL or SiLs:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694426/

For my sis-in-law, J - burlap rosettes heart wreath similar to this: http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694362/

Also for J - Silhouette Cameo cover like this:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694363/

For sis-in-laws in TX, CO, and FL - anyone do hand carved spoons?  http://pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=hand%20carved%20spoons  or rustic wood cutting boards?  http://pinterest.com/pin/66357794482703425/

For sis-in-law, M - would LOVE to give her some ammo jewelry, especially post earrings:  http://pinterest.com/search/pins/?q=swarovski%20bullet%20earrings

Ear cuffs of your design for older nieces and a couple SiLs, simple, clean looks are probably best:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694444/

Yarn bowls for a couple of crafty folks on the list: http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639707816/    http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639707816/

Would LOVE a hipsterish sock monkey for my oldest son - most important detail would be the bow tie.  This one is AWESOME:  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694690/

Also, sock monkeys for the younger nieces and nephews would be awesome, too!  Girls range from 2 years to 9 years old.  Boys range from 4 years to 12 years old.  Fun girly motifs or horses or gymnastics type.  Boys play baseball and love the Boston Red Sox, New England Patriots and Boston Bruins.  One down, thank you mama24boys!  Several kiddos left to choose from! :-)

Looking for three weighted pin cushions with thread catchers and scissor slot for mom and two dear friends.  I received one in a swap from ehinders and they all love it!  http://pinterest.com/pin/294071050639694323/

ANYTHING in New England Patriots, Boston Bruins or Boston Red Sox motifs - jewelry or bags/pouches for the ladies and ANY guy things you might be able to dream up.  I have a difficult time with the guys.

Anyone do pencil sketches or ink drawings or any other subject art media?  Would love some framable pieces showcasing son's race car from this season, each of the boys, and even our fur babies!  Can send or email photos.

BIG, BIG wish:  My mom has a quilted book cover for standard size paperbacks -- you know, the trashy romance novel size!  She got it many years ago at a craft show and the poor thing is thread bare and barely hanging on.  She has not been able to find one to replace it because she is quite particular.  This one has an attached bookmark, a velcro closure and a little pocket on the front.  Any one who could create something like this in a bluish color pattern would have my forever gratitude!

My baby brother is having his first baby...........well, his wife is, anyway!  We don't know if it will be a boy or a girl, but if you have any go-to baby gifts that you make, we'd love to add them to the 'baby to be' gift package!

AND............we donate and decorate a tree for the local Festival of Trees each year.  We are going with an Americana motif this year and would LOVE it if any of you would be willing to send along an ornament for the tree!

I claim underthemountain for the swirls cap and a Superman tee.

1/0/0

Hello! I'm Betsy. Recently divorced, so it's weird not having a central focus for my gifts this year... Kinda bummed about it, so I'll be making up for it in claiming others! Wink I work thirds doing security for a distribution warehouse and run my own business on the side. *coughcough*
I don't think anyone on my lists has any allergies, so hurray! However, I have two <long haired> cats, one that loves to get in my business at all hours all the time, so I will refrain from claiming anyone that has a cat allergy. (Just to be on the safe side.)

Big wishes are in italics

Holiday Cards!I'm always looking for funny or very ornate holiday cards. Non-denominational work excellent for me, but most of my family are Christian... I'd love a few Pagan holiday/Winter Solstice oriented cards.

Parentals:
I'm kind of looking for some decorative kitchen art for my mom. She's a coffee addict, like... An entire pot of coffee consumed by 0630. My dad is a history buff, gun enthusiast. (Both used to be licensed antique dealers, my dad does flea markets on the side.) My mom currently works with special needs at a high school and my dad works at a senior living facility.
I'm always up for accepting cat or dog toys on their behalf. (Three dogs, two cats.)
Sister:
My sister is getting married September 18th. I kind of want an individualized Christmas ornament for their first Christmas as a married couple.
Something like this decal, but in polymer clay (or any medium, honestly...).
They have a puppy, two adult dogs, and two cats, so I'll always take any sort of chew toy, cat toy, treats in cute tins...

Chelsea:
Chelsea is a long time friend from high school. She loves Harley Quinn/Joker, Welcome to Night Vale, and nightblogging. She has three kids (11, 5, and 3) and will be celebrating her one-year anniversary in October.
I'd love some tumblr-famous nightblogging quotes as a magnet set for her kitchen.
I'm really pushing for a Welcome to Night Vale Cecil poppet (or any style of plush!). (Okay, I really want one too...)
Harley Quinn
Poison Ivy
Toon Link
Heart has been Broken by Fictional Characters t-shirt
Patti:
Another long time friend from high school! She's a professional photo-journalist and loves her cat.
This in a Halloween or dark macabre print, or flowery whimsical material
Graveyard Terrarium
Anything to spoil her cat with. I crochet cat toys, but I'd love some sewn ones. Cute decorated tins for treats or food.
She collects poetry, poetry books, weird photographs, and old old old cameras.
Kris:
She's a big anime geek, Japanese major. We love trying new food, going out and traveling, seeing what we can see. We both work thirds. She would love:
Heart has been Broken by Fictional Characters t-shirt
Keith:
Keith is a huge board game, Magic the Gathering, and Lego guy.
I would love a Stained Glass D20

Myself:
My Pinterest Board (Items to Lust Over) is literally things I want for me. Tongue
Angel Wing Cut Out Shirt
Steampunk Earrings
Heart has been Broken by Fictional Characters t-shirt
Skeleton Key Ring
Tentacles hoodie
Business card holder (will gladly send colors, business logo, whatever you want)
the Riddler wall art
Fandom Christmas Ornaments! Since I'm celebrating Christmas in my apartment alone, I'm looking for a fandom themed Christmas tree. I'm looking for an Welcome to Nightvale, Marvel universe, Harry Potter, Supernatural, Doctor Who... In any medium, any style, let your imagination free.
Superhero Ornaments
Mini Hogwarts House Stockings

I'll add more as I think of it. Smiley

I claim cloud_berry  for some winter cards

4 claims  / 0 in transit / 2 received
Cloud_berry for winter cards
Rockmygypsysoul for felt storyboards (claimed)
Texscrapper for a large pillow and a plastic bag holder (received)
Lo{ve} for some felt food (received)

My name is Christy and I live in Maryland.  I am a stay at home mommy of one really energetic and crazy hilarious daughter.  We also have a lil chihuahua "ChiChi" and a chunky bunny "Fuzz Ball". I am originally from Austin, Texas and even though I love the seasons in Maryland, I am hoping to move back to crazy hot Austin when my husband retires from the Navy.  I picked up sewing about 2 years ago and have become a crafting freak.  Finding Craftster was awesome for me, I'm so addicted to swapping now.  My Craftster Pinterest folder has some extra ideas so if you want to craft something from there  please PM me first to make sure it is still available (I'm in the ongoing wishlist swap as well).  Also, feel free to check out my other pinterest boards because they are full of projects I probably wont do myself dangit http://pinterest.com/watsonc7/craftster/

I have tons of nieces/nephews and adults in my family so I will be putting a number in parenthesis for the total amount I would want of an item, but I don't expect you to fulfill that total number (unless you are a lil crazy, woop woop).  I'm totally using this list as my personal gift-giving list as well, so if I get a chance to sew things off this list myself I will be taking them off. There is only one family group of mine with allergies (peanut, animal, and smoke) so I will note when a gift needs to be allergen free (there's only a few).

GRANDPARENTS
GGma: loves Cardinals (the bird, not team) so maybe a mug rug (she loves her coffee too),  tote bag,  pouch or anything else with a cardinal theme.  She reads and is active in church. She's also madly in love with her family, she spoils  us all rotten, so anything that would get her to pamper herself  would be awesome.

Mawmaw: She's an adorable, active,  social lil wino lol. She's in a group called the Ya-Ya's that travel and eat out together a lot so I would LOVE anything you can come up with that incorporates any of that.

Etched wine glasses for my Mawmaw, she loves her wine! Something funny like her favorite saying "big girl at night, big girl in the morning" or "It's wine-o-clock" or something like this http://pinterest.com/pin/165577723773395164/

Love this wooden sign (I can assemble it myself to help with shipping) http://pinterest.com/pin/165577723773396388/

KitchenAid mixer cover for my SIL who has a green kitchen (so would rather it just have green accents maybe, not all green).  It doesn't have to be as intricate as the link, there are tons of different designs online
http://pinterest.com/pin/165577723773395273/

I have 3 nephews (6, 4, 2.5---- brothers******ALLERGIES****) that are into superheroes so different superhero masks/capes/cuffs/whatever would be hilarious

I claim Watsonc7 for two curling iron cases.
4/0/1

-Bacon ornaments like these http://www.shelterness.com/50-diy-felt-christmas-tree-ornaments/

Nolan's therapists and teachers
Nolan has a therapy team of 3-4 people as well as his classroom teacher (he is a runner with tattoos and shaved head... not exactly stereotypical second grade teacher), special ed teacher, adaptive PE teacher and 2-3 aids who work with him throughout his school day. Everyone goes above and beyond for Nolan, so I like to try to do something special...
-Anything Nolan can assemble or rubber stamp...  he is still working on his skills with a pencil, so handwriting is ok, but drawing is probably out.
-Small ornaments
-Fun ways to give a gift card
-Bath and body items (one of our therapists has a child who is following the Feingold Diet, so they are particular about bath and body items and dyes, cloves and other certain ingredients... Bonus points for anything Feingold friendly for her or the boys!)
-other functional everyday reusable items like snack bags, coffee copies, un-paper towels, etc...
-Anything else you can think of that might be appropriate

Cats- Oscar and Frodo (yes... we're those people)
-cushions or beds
-toys for chasing (Frodo could use a little cardio... not unlike his mom)
-Oscar's not a fan of catnip for whatever reason, but Frodo is.

I think that's it at this point. I do have many many other options on pinterest if anything jumps out at you! I will try to expand and provide examples also!

(2,1,0)

I'm Summer from Texas. I am mom to 3 amazing boys 13, 8, & 8. We live on a ranch outside of Houston that has been in my DH's family for over 150 years. We raise and breed cattle and my sons show cattle all over the state of Texas.

Like most moms today I try to do everything! I work at a local church as the Director of Children's ministry, sit on the twins elementary school PTO, volunteer in scouts, and run around like a chicken with my head cut off. I enjoy scrapbooking, sewing, jewelry making, and various other hobbies. Hobby Lobby is my favorite store - I have memorized the layout, and frequent it often Smiley I am a diehard LSU fan - we bleed purple & gold in our home, and when we are home on a Saturday in the fall, you can be guaranteed that college football will be on the TV!

My very patient DH Matt:
