I love sewing for my daughter.  I started when she was really small and had a lot of mishaps along the way,but I feel like I'm finally getting the hang of it Smiley

Tinny Dress Flip by pixidance, on Flickr

I've been in love with this fabric for a while and I finally found a pattern to use it on Smiley

Vintage Dress by pixidance, on Flickr

My first try at a vintage pattern.  I made the collar detachable so that she could wear it with or without.

I also made the petticoat that she is wearing under it.

Oliver + S Roller Skate Flip by pixidance, on Flickr

The top is Oliver and S's rollerskate dressed sized down about 3 sizes and with the neckline modified.  The pants are from violettefieldthreads.

Thanks for looking Smiley

Darling.  You have a real talent for this. Especially love the first dress.

The early bird may get the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese. . . . I would rather have cheese.

That last outfit is fantastic.  Your daughter photographs beautifully, btw.

They're lovely.  It's good to start sewing when the kids are young, because they are much less picky about their clothes and your skills grow with them.  By the time your daughter needs a prom dress you should be able to handle it with no problem.  Smiley

You have quite a little model there. She is so sweet and I love little girl dresses. Fantastic job.
