alwaysinmyroom showed some of us mods how to make these great bowls in person. I love making them because the process is very relaxing and easy.

This round of bowls are for friends we are going to visit, and to put goodies in for them.
#1 is off white, cream and burgundy with a button.

This one is square! Was proud of myself for getting this to work.

White, silver and black. Inset shows detail, sort of.

This originally ugly fabric made a fun bowl.

This is similar to one I made before. Love the color combo.

If you want to find more fabric bowls here on Craftster, and even the tutorial check these posts:
1, 2, 3 , 4 ,5

Sure there are more but these give the idea. Smiley

They are lovely...but that square one is fanastic!  You will have to show me how you did that next visit!   Your extra details makes these your own style.

Oh, these are so much fun!  I love your color choices and your choice of embellishments.  I was lucky enough to receive one of alwaysinmyroom's bowls in a swap and fell in love!  I took a quick class to learn how to make them at our local quilt shop and found them to be fun and relaxing!

Yours are very lovely!
I like the embelishments you added to the bowls.

This has been on my list for ages, I should try and make me some fabric bowls...

Thanks for sharing!

The square is very impressive. I also love how you guys do the little rosette using the end of the line. I still haven't gotten comfortable enough to try hand stitching on my own bowls yet. I guess it's something I need to get over some day, eh? Yours are amazing and inspiring. Thank you for sharing!

I showed my mom your embellished bowls and now she is asking why I haven't made her any...I have a few bolts of "ugly" fabric that will make lovely bowls...

glasskicker...did they teach interesting ways to finish off the bowls?  I am really loving the coiled rosettes but was wondering about other ways to do it...

the button flower is a way I have never seen, HSG! Cool!
