Which white stamp pad works best for stamping on black cardstock or black tissue paper?

I use StazOn opaque solvent ink in cotton white- You can see the results here:

I redid my craft area and have used it on many different black surfaces and it stays vibrant the items in the above link were done in 2009 and look the same
