The nook cover is quite lovely, despite my non Dr. Who-ness.  And the roll up purse organizer is such cute fabric!

That paper cutting is gorgeous. The little angel things are sweet too.

1watermonkey - I do apologize, I knew that it was A Wrinkle in Time, not Doctor Who! Embarrassed  Apparently I had the Doctor on my mind!  The three figures are Meg, Calvin and Charles.

Tamalama and I exchanged! Unfortunately, she's run into a family emergency, and won't have time to post, so I thought I'd put up a picture of what I sent her. Based on her responses, I made her a kindle carry case (she loves MOOSE), a wallet of sorts (she loves HOCKEY), a Harry Potter "ALWAYS" bracelet, and  gift certificate for a Kindle Harry Potter Cookbook.

So - who wants the happy or the sad news first hmmmmmm

Ok Happy - well my lovely partner Jemimah, made me the most wonderful parcel, which I actually received just over a week ago - but the flu has had me bed ridden.
Just look at this gorgeousness....
First off, two lovely prayer flags to add to my every growing collection - Its just so lovely to have such a gathering of different peoples creative take on prayer flags.

Next this lovely cowl which she was inspired to make via my pinterest.

and to match a little pouch with buttons in it, I love this and may re-gift it to my sister as Im buying her a ring for Christmas

Ok - so now I have had you all whooping. Now for the sad news Sad
I sent my parcel to New Zealand on the 13th August. And I think it is safe to say that it is now lost. Im gutted as I worked hard on getting the right theme for my partner who was also Jemimah. I will make up another parcel for you my love xxx
I have written to Jemimah to see if she wanted to see what was inside - so here are the bits I made, of course what you cant replace is the gifted items which included a whole load of silk embroidery thread that I bought in Marakech last year - Im gutted you didn't get to have it as I know you would have used it.....
So I took your "beach like coloured" theme of dusky blues and I made you the following....
A wet felted candle holder (Little glass jar inside to hold candle) Which I embedded with sea glass gathered last year.

Here it is in the dark

I also made you a yarn holder pouch which I saw you wanted on another swap posting and a needle holder to match

I have put a lost parcel form in, so lets hope it comes to you. In the meantime, I had better get working on another parcel !
