I picked up three matching mirrors from Goodwill for three dollars each. These had a very narrow space to fill in with shinies,so it was...interesting to work on! Odd earrings, small pins, rhinestones, loose beads, random shinies. Glued down with good old E600. It needed a little clear sealer, so I carefully brushed on some Ailene's Jewelry Pendant Gel, which was perfect. They can hang vertically or horizontally. Which reminds me-next time affix picture hangers to the back *before* I start work. These are for a December art fair.

I love your jewelry-encrusted projects!  You have turned something practical into something lovely to look at and study! Grin

Love this so much. I'm usually a minimalist, but now I really want a jewel-encrusted vanity!

Thanks! I had a lot of fun putting together the one I gave my sister last Christmas, so decided I would make more! Plus, I've got an art fair thing coming up in December, so that gave me the push I needed. I've got a few from the Dollar Tree that I'm working on, too.

These are beautiful! What a great idea. I think I might try something similar - it would be a nice way to pay homage to jewelry I no longer wear, or single earrings with missing matches!
