Hey guys,

My first post here so bare with me XD

I sew all my own underwear, after not finding ready to wear that fits me well (I'm a mens xs , so the only brands who make ose are the higgher priced underwear brands, which i will splurge on from time to time) in the lower price range, I draphted my own pattern and started off.

Now I've been using soft waist banding used for pyjama pants , and strips of Lycra binding, which feels great. But my problem with the waist band elastic is it looks to out of date and not so ready to wear. So I've been searching for waistband elastic like they use in commercial underwear (see pic) but no luck! I've checked locally, gone to Toronto in search of it even online, but nothing.

So I was wondering if any of you know where I could find any, I'd prefer blank but txt wont be that big of a deal, thanks!

Not sure exactly what you're looking for, no pic! Do you have a link to a pic?

Sorry about that, it got switched forums and the link disappeared. After extensive searching it turns out I'm looking for jaquard elastic webbing, I can only find it in wholesale with minimum orders of like 1000 meters! Any idea where to buy it?

Well, there aren't a lot of individuals making their own underwear, so there's the problem right there - they don't package the stuff for individuals to buy. There's one listing on ebay for specifically jacquard elastic webbing http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=elastic+webbing&_osacat=0&_from=R40&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR0.TRC0.Xjacquard+elastic+webbing&_nkw=jacquard+elastic+webbing&_sacat=0 If you were going to find a deal or a remnant from someone else's 3000 meters, seems like ebay would be the place.
