I tried my hand at my first knitted doll, recently.
I used the simple pattern from http://weefolkart.com/content/wee-folk-art-knits
(A website I really recommend for beginners)

And it resulted in this:


I was pretty proud of him, especially since it was my first, and it looked like my friend's favourite character (it was for her birthday) as well as being super soft and cuddly!

This is the 12" model from the Wee folk art site, so he was really large and super good for a snuggle! I intend to make more dolls like this in the future, and hopefully they will work out better!
