I know how you feel craftADDchick. I was telling Bunny1kenobi today that I was freaking out because it was already the 5th and I don't have anything ready to post! Ugh. I feel so behind!! I have a couple things started though. I just need to get back to them.

I have a bunch of things planned, and even made a list, but today I only crossed off two items (out of 9), but I hope to finish two more before bed (one will definitely get finished). Sadly, none of these things count towards the games. But, if I don't turn off the alarm tomorrow morning, I can get at least 1 thing started before my dentist appointment!

Here's why I love being a part of the nerd games... I was bored today so I took a break and starting thinking vaguely about how I was going to fulfill the remaining prompts (since my goal Is to do them all this season) and inspiration hit me on a project that made me really happy and really excited! It's kinda silly and won't mean much to anyone else, but the quote has a lot of fond memories for me. I'm just happy that I have this craftalong to motivate me because  I know I would not have started it without the nerd games. So yay!

Also, I have 3 projects to post, but like I mentioned before I don't have a computer so I can't post pics on my kindle. Good news is that my mom is most likely giving me her old computer when she drops off her dogs at my house for their 3 week vacation in September! Haha!

I have a job interview tomorrow (so please send good vibes my way!) But hopefully I'll have  time to finish my new project tomorrow. If I get the job I'll have  less time to craft, but Lord knows I need to get out of the house and I need the money haha! But since this is the last time I will probably ever have this much free time, I want to use it making ALL THE CRAFTS! Anyway, I'm rambling. My bad! Happy crafting!)

Could something with button eyes count for buttons? I can't post up what I've made (it's for GISHWHES) but I wanted to know if it would fit the button prompt.
I have something for string theory and secret stash, too, but they are also GISHWHES items so I have to wait 'til later to post them up.

I think that would count for button up.

Only a few more days on my Research Project, which I plan to have completed on Friday.

I used button eyes for my Button Up prompt. It's buttons! Besides, I think half the fun is twisting the prompts to fit your item, getting out of the box. I loved the 'button' on the canning jar. True and perfect!

I think that I'll be able to get back on track with my Research Project after I get two swaps in the mail early next week. I definitely want to be finished with it before I head back to school, and the clock is ticking!!
