For a Battle Royale, how about a Less vs More theme? Take an item and either remove pieces of it to craft it into something new, or add pieces to it to craft it into something new.

And, I kind of like the 5 team system now, but I did really enjoy being on Team S & M over the summer! I also found that I made my items with more of a science/math theme overall, which was fun (mostly because I had time to do it over the summer). But, I also find the Autumn/Winter/Spring rounds a bit more free in terms of what I can make (and this may be just because of how I chose to interpret things in the summer vs now).

Hello to all players, new and old, and welcome to a special crunchy edition of project tracks.

The Spring 2014 round has been exciting so far.
22 players, from all five teams. And just today we broke the 100 project barrier, craftADD's last post whooshed the count right over the mark. The current count is 101 (but that could change by the time this is posted).
As always, no prompt has been neglected, with the highest submission count going to the "by the end of the month" prompts.
March's Flash Mob had 17 players showing their love of spring, and March's Battle had 16 players picking sides, 10 went for color and 6 for black and white. (I sat that one out, how can I choose between them? Both are awesome, as evident by the projects submitted).

We've had 2 research projects completed this month. BadWolf314 made an awesome Lego Quilt, and Ludi submitted a very intricate looking Mystery Fish.

Good thing we ran out of month, because some of our members were pretty close to running out of prompts. Leading the way with the most projects are artsycandice from team Textbook, and crazyda79 and LovelyMiss from team Randomizer, each with 8 projects.

Keep on crafting (I hear a jar of peanut butter calling my name).

Sounds fun!  I'll add it to the list!

Keep the ideas coming, everyone!  Wink

Just did a little brain storming...
Fabric vs. Paper
Fire vs. Water
Summer vs. Winter
Kitchy vs. Sophisticated
and my favorite: Nature vs. Machine (or Natural vs. Mechanical)

I really enjoyed being on Team Monster, and at first I was disappointed that the teams set ups were different, but I found I like it better. I vote keep it this way!

 Ooh! bunny1kenobi! Those are great!
I like the light vs. dark; angels vs. demons; and Halloween vs. Christmas best.
Halloween vs. Christmas is my favorite. I bet that would be an awesome one!!!!

What about a four-way battle?

Spring vs Summer vs Fall vs Winter!

Other ideas:

Hot vs Cold
Dry vs Wet
Fluffy vs Sleek (I was going to say soft vs hard but that sounded... off, but I was thinking along the lines of plush vs metallic/stone/etc)
Soda vs Pop (okay, that is technically the same, but... it's a widely argued topic!)
Did we do something like Rock vs Paper vs Scissors?

Noooooo... Five-way battle!
Rock vs Scissors vs Paper vs Lizard vs Spock!

(I shouldn't be posting, obviously the cold medication is still messing with me...)

Animal vs Vegetable vs Mineral

Oh my! Rock vs Paper vs Scissors? Or Rock vs Scissors vs Paper vs Lizard vs Spock. Too funny. Love that one.

Future vs. The Past
CATS vs dogs

Or something more abstract... Truth vs Lie
