Might it include general monsters, spookiness, history, gardening, languages, etc?

I'm leaning toward Randomizer or Multimedia myself. Wordy is very inviting but I think I'd be crafting more in those areas.
Oh, hey, are extra points awarded for projects related to our team? Like the nerdy super bonus in the summer games?

Maybe. Maybe it would include random topics we nerd out to...like tiny houses... Grin

I was also wondering that too, about the extra points.

Has everyone popped over and read the Fall Nerd Battles info?

....you will notice that there is NO Nerdy/Super Nerdy Bonuses.  So when joining a fall team, think which draws you personally, not so much which you could craft for nerdy bonuses. Smiley

Ah, yep, I did read it but wasn't sure if I was missing something. Thanks for clearing that up!

Okay, so I'm giving some thought to joining up for this semester but am having to consider Christmas crafting and whatnot as well.  To that end, I have a question - I know research projects aren't required but one gift I'm making will definitely fall into nerdville and definitely will take me forever to finish.  That said, it wouldn't be within MY team.  Is that permissible or does a research project need to be within your own realm, so to speak?  Thanks!!  Smiley

Hi rockmygypsysoul! Grin Research Projects can be anything, nerdy or not.  They are there to encourage us to tackle some of those longer projects (ones that take us 3 weeks or more to complete).

I have quite a few big WIPs could I submit them for research projects? If not maybe a challenge or two that pertain to WIPs would be awesome!
