What do you think?

That would be spooktacular!

On the crafting front......I'm pleased so far but there's a couple of items I need to pick up that I put off getting because I thought I could pick them up anywhere. Roll Eyes So I guess you all know where this is going.  Sad  I'm so glad we have a lot of Peddlers Malls around here.  On an up note though, 20/20 Eyecare just called and said my new glasses are ready.  I'm heading there now to get them before hitting the next Peddlers so maybe I will actually be able to see "it" when I see it.

The list is a great idea, Kittykill.
As I don't know much about Halloween music, I could easily pick new music to listen to.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.

Are we still talking spooky books? I have been crafting away and have to stay away from the computer...

As far as books go, there is definitely a soft spot in my heart for Bradbury, but I think The Legend of Sleepy Hollow is what comes to mind for Halloween. Maybe because I'd get super excited as a kid when the animated version would come on television. After my sister and I would watch it, she would play the Jaws record on the turntable, turn out the lights, and scare the bejesus out of me. Every time.

That is so funny-the Jaws theme.

That's great, Kittykill. I've been wanting to make a list of these recs. There's a lot of good stuff on here.

I swear that happens to me every time. I know just what I want, and I see it everywhere until I need it.

Well, I'm pretty proud of myself. I've got everything together and I'm at the assembly stage. I might be able to send as early as the first of next week.

LOVE this movie. I didn't know she wrote that.

Shirley Jackson had an interesting life. She was very intelligent and well educated and wrote such creepy stories, but she ended up writing pieces for Ladies Home Journal or Good Housekeeping, can't remember which, to pay the bills.

My book choices are certainly the "Scary Stories" series...although I feel like it was the artwork that really made those books scary.

Also a big fan of a book called "A Very Fast Descent Into Hell" by Simon Drax. Back in highschool, my one older brother would let me borrow his books...mostly Bukowski, but that one...I read like 10 times, I love it. Nothing I can say about it could do it justice.

Still collecting for one piece...I should be right on time for send outs =0)
