You certainly don't have to wait for me, but I just started my first swap, so I think I have to complete it before I can sign up for another.  Does this mean I have to have sent or everyone has received in the swap?

generally (at least this is how I give feedback in swaps I organize) the organizer
will start leaving feedback once about half of the swappers have rec'd pkgs.
And you won't receive feedback until your partner receives the pkg you sent.
Sometimes organizers are agreeable to leaving feedback before the swap is officially "done"
if you send a private message.
