To me, Craftster means an awesome and supportive, inspirational and amazing community
A while back, I posted a few ATCs that I made in a personal swap. http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=424602.0#axzz2bmlwNU00
I received a lot of wonderful comments, but one in particular stayed with me.
Really pretty- and they would make absolutely awesome t-shirt designs =)
I thought about it every once in a while, but never really took the time
to do much more than ponder over it, until BirdBones
the same thing again.
Today, I had a few hours to spare, (and I really wanted to enter this project
in the challenge!) so I tried out her idea
...and the original ATCs, just for good measure.
It was the first time I tried a multi colour print, and I didn't manage to line up the layers 100%,
but over all, I'm really satisfied. (And for once, my plotter didn't mess things up!
Most of the time was spent making a working vector for the print - the photo of the ATC
was maybe not the best starting point for that... )
Well, thanks to Craftster (and BirdBones!), I was inspired to try something new, and experiment with
my own design. And now that I know that the multi colour prints aren't that
difficult, a whole
new bunch of ideas are growing in my head
