To me, Craftster means an awesome and supportive, inspirational and amazing community Smiley

A while back, I posted a few ATCs that I made in a personal swap.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=424602.0#axzz2bmlwNU00

I received a lot of wonderful comments, but one in particular stayed with me.

Really pretty- and they would make absolutely awesome t-shirt designs =)

I thought about it every once in a while, but never really took the time
to do much more than ponder over it, until BirdBones commented on
the same thing again.

Today, I had a few hours to spare, (and I really wanted to enter this project
in the challenge!) so I tried out her idea Smiley

...and the original ATCs, just for good measure.

It was the first time I tried a multi colour print, and I didn't manage to line up the layers 100%,
but over all, I'm really satisfied. (And for once, my plotter didn't mess things up!  Tongue )
Most of the time was spent making a working vector for the print - the photo of the ATC
was maybe not the best starting point for that... )

Well, thanks to Craftster (and BirdBones!), I was inspired to try something new, and experiment with
my own design. And now that I know that the multi colour prints aren't that difficult, a whole
new bunch of ideas are growing in my head Smiley

Thanks!

YAY! You did indeed make shirts! I am so glad- and of course, it looks awesome!

What kind of method did you use? It came out looking really perfect and completely lovely.

So, let me know when you decide to sell them Grin

Thanks, it was your idea after all  Smiley

I used my plotter to cut out the three different colour layers, and then pressed them with a heat press. I won't sell it, but I might just trade you for one   Grin
You're in Germany too , right?
