When I saw this challenge I decided what could be better than my favorite doctor (the 10th) So I made his tardis but as wind chimes!

The Tardis is made from a cookie tin Smiley I then added a few of those long skinny Popsicle sticks and a slightly larger cookie tin lid to the bottom. So it s almost all tin Smiley
