That's a pretty cool idea.  It came out great!

You can do something pretty similar by using papercraft patterns as sewing patterns.  Easier because you don't need to determine yourself where the seams go, and there's a huge variety of papercraft online.

I assume you're printing these out on 8.5 x 11 printable fabric sheets?
How many sheets did take you to make this plush?
And how much are you sewing by hand and how much by machine?

This is SUPER cool. very interesting/unique idea. I wish I had more knowledge about computers! I would totally make a big daddy for my brother. I'm probably going to have to go the old fashioned rout for that, though. XD
