I came across this old blouse someone had given me long ago. I liked the color, tie-dye print, and lettuce edges but not the style of shirt. So I finally decided to cut it up. This is the outcome...some kind of wrap skirt thing.

Please tell me what you think! I know it's not very functional as a real skirt because of the opening at the side but whatever, I think it looks cute over leggings! Maybe I could give it more functionality by adding a little pocket. Or should I just stitch the open side together and lose the ties?
