Adore that package from enginerdlisa!  Fun fabrics and pieces.  Any chance you'd be willing to share your pattern source for the card wallet?  I'm thinking I'd like to have one for all those 'store cards' that I hate having clutter up my wallet.

Here are the pix of my wonderful patriotic package from Cindy (Homerof2)

Cindy sent me 2 reusable snack bags, I have one sort of opened and you can see the off white inside (Cindy what is that inside material?)

Also a lovely mug rug that I took a pic of both sides, a fun star garland that I will be looping on the top of my bulletin board over my computer/sewing machine table here, and some lovely red and white striped and blue fabric for the 2 fq's.

Thanks so much Cindy! Sorry it took me soo long to post pix. I'm still way behind on everything.

Awesome crafting!

It's called PUL - I'd never heard of it before until a past swap partner asked for some bags lined with it.  Apparently some people use it on the outside of cloth diapers and some, like me, use it to water proof bags.

Oh yeah, in case you're wondering about the outer snack bag material - it was intentional that the strips don't all line up nice and neat - I went for a wonky look.

Good to know about PUL. I've seen it used for diaper covers, but hadn't thought about using it to waterproof other things. Hmmmm! Ideas percolating for the next round.

I received from goatgoddess today.
She made me a handy pin cushion to go on my sewing machine, a thread catcher basket and another basket for nic-nacs.
I also love the FQ's i was sent, I asked for fun boy prints.  I also got a little of the tape measure fabric which i love.  The baskets all have cute little sewing themed buttons on them.

Carmenmarie, that's a fantastic package you received!  Way to go goatgoddess!!  I'm envious of that tape measure fabric.

Love the patriotic package of goodies!  I like that you mixed in a bit of wonky!  The mug rug quilting is PERFECT!

goatgoddess--also love your themed goodies...still haven't made my own sewing machine pincushion...but now that I see the one you made, it is high on my list--just wonderful!

I received from danynn last week! She spoiled me!

First the fabric- playful and bold!

next up, the handcrafted goodness!  She sent a water bottle holder in yellow, a bag perfect for crayons and a coloring project for Nolan, a nice big rice bag for reheating, and some tiny rice bags to put inside pockets, mittens or boots for toasty fingers and toes!

And my personal favorite... a tissue monster!

Thank you!!!
