These are a new idea that i had the other day.  I was cutting up leather and i had some of these metal charms laying around so i decided to try and combining them.  I really really love these.  I dont know how to describe the feeling they give me sort of a natural aged elegance or something like that.

the holes took forever, im sure there is an easier way and now that i know i like them i will be looking into it.

They look cool! I like the geometric shapes in this blend of materials. They're definitely fun! Are you using a leather punch tool for the holes...or an awl?

I like them, too.  But, are they heavy?

I was using an awl type thing, I have to go buy some more appropriate tools if i decide to continue making these types of earrings.

They are very light, the metal are just flat discs that weigh almost nothing and the leather is not heavy at all.
