I can look after my fabrics, but I am travelling today, and won't be back until Monday. If noone else interested until that, I'll make a package for you. (I am not sure about purple tho, I don't have much purple fabrics, but we'll see!)

I ended up buying those pacifier clips! This will be my first time making them, but here is the fancy one I was collecting supplies for! (clip used shown for reference of what is behind the flower)

If anyone is interested, I am willing to make these, although I think instead of beads, a ribbon or thin fabric strap would be better, like these....

PM for clip colors available and options!

COOL!

I  have seen some cute ones with felt characters sewn over the clip too.

Would you be willing to swap for a few blank clips maybe? It would be a good way to get rid of some of my yarn/ribbon stash too!

edit: looking for some nursery art. Last round someone had some sweet prints with foxes on them (was it you lo{ve}]?)
Anyone?

edit #2: I also need some sweater stockings Anyone wanna make three?

Threw out some more sales in my shop with reduced prices, and if anyone claims the Knifty Knitter, it will come with a free skein of yarn from my stash! This sale will last till I get myself motivated to think up some new crafted items up there, I have crafters block! Hahaha

Also, I have been crocheting some wee baby hats, I am still new at all this yarn business, but I have some nice turn outs so far if anyone wants any for a custom order. Some of what I have done this month....

and a pattern that I am working on....

So I recently re threaded my serger that I haven't used for a while and after a tedious few hours cursing at my machine I got it going again. But now as soon as I start sewing there's a bad mechanical smell coming from the machine, does any one know what this is? It starts as soon as I start sewing so I don't think it could be from overheating. It's so odd!

Did you oil everything up when you got it going?  Does the smell remind you of overheating?  It could be something electrical, which would happen quickly.  I think you should probably take your serger to an expert!

oh how cute! I wish I could crochet.....You would think it would come easily, but I am a MESS with a hook.

I found some really cute baby booties that were crocheted, and I can't find anything similarly knit. Hate that,

Bad smells could be any number of things, but you should probably take it in before something breaks horrible or the machine catches fire, etc. I am a heavy user of my sewing machines and tend to wait longer than I should to have them serviced, but bad smells, along with clunks, are a sign that it needs to be seen by a repair person asap.

Also: things I am on the lookout for:
holiday cards
cold process soap
cat toys  (new cat is a toy fiend)
