oohh i just had an idea! i am going to make some anklet bells for didi
1 she just started crawling, need to keep track lol

....modified...yup! just made her some! i used some socks that she outgrew, used the top half of them and sewed 3 tinkle bells to each! whoot! the problem is, now when ever she just decides to lay and kick her feet i think she is crawling lmao. i guess it is more about listening for tinkle location to see where she is crawling to...wow she sure crawls fast all of a sudden!

as soon as i put one on her she started playing with it! lol

i think these bell things are a good idea for shops! well, better looking baby tinkler things i mean lol. i am sure people wouldnt want to spend points on this sock versions lol.

well it is like those crochet ankle things on pinterest with the jingle bells, but i can't crochet or knit, and my sewing machine doesn't work, so i was looking for the easiest way to make some. so yeah out of the tops of her old socks lol. they dont cover the feet.  i know they would have been so much cooler with fabric and all sewn nice but well at least this way it isn't velcroed on or anything so she cant pull it off lol.

I didn't even find anything pattern-wise on ravelry even! What a great idea though! I will have to try my hand at something like that when Baby Mouse is doing all their kicking outside of my belly.

looking for a nursing scarf still (I have some jersey in my stash, but I am JUST too lazy to thread my serger)

wow! those directions are really easy too! i do not have a working sewing machine and would worry about hand stitching not being strong enough. but i bet someone in here could totally do that as it is basically one stitched line from what i read.

who could make this for her peoples? look at that link! it is really not difficult looking and i'd like to see her get that scarf!!!!

oy i am crazy, i am trying to hand stitch a mug rug for a swap and well i am not so versed in sewing. lol trying my tooshie off though. i am such a dork, bc instead of sewing a rectangle part and turning it inside out, i stiched around edges of two cut fabric and now i have to fold diff fabric over to make it nice and neat on both sides and then fold it over every edge and stitch it on. oy i had no brown thick ribbon to use as i wanted to and just didnt want to have to go get any. so this is going to be interesting lol.
