When my nephew asked me to make a plushie of Sora from Kingdom Hearts in his Halloween Town get-up for him to give as a birthday gift, I said sure, no problem, I'd have it done on time. ...Small problem, I didn't realize how crazy detailed this guy was. Pretty much everything required custom patterns which requires testing and altering and testing again...

Needless to say I didn't get him done on time, but I did make a little heartless plushie to go along with him as a sort of "sorry it's late!" gift. Wink

I made his fingers poseable, his little wings can be posed as well, and for once, his hair stays (mostly) in place! Cheesy
He does have another eye under that little pumpkin maskinator (half mask, half fascinator?) but I forgot to get a pic of it.

Halfway through making him I got a bit "bleh" with him because he just wasn't coming together how I wanted. But there is a wonderful point in making something where it just starts to look how it's supposed to and it seems to get its personality, and I just fell in love with the little guy by the end. ...as you can probably tell from the thousand or so pictures I'm about to throw at you. Wink

So I shall stop prattling on now and get with the picspam. Wink

Oh and the pattern for the heartless plush is not mine, I used a pattern by "Risachantag" on Deviantart.com if you'd like to make your own. Smiley

Thanks for stopping by to take a look! Smiley

Great doll, as always!
I admire the neatness of the execution. All the details add up to a wonderful doll.
Won't it be hard to let him go?

Thanks! It was actually really hard to let him go, but I think he's going to a good home so it makes it a little easier. Wink

He is so perfect! I love his hair, and those little wings. I got sucked into Kingdom Hearts, and it is a silly little game that gets surprisingly deep at points. Halloween Town was one of my favorites. You did a great job here!

I'm a geek, and I dispatch for a bunch of geek cops. I like writing, playing video games, and making messes while attempting to craft.

I'm still new here, so please tell me if I go wrong somewhere. I'm always up for some gentle correction.

I like Kit-Kat, unless I'm with 4 or more people.
