Could anyone give me some advice for beginning to sell crafts in Massachusetts??  I am looking mostly for legal/tax advice.  I currently live in and will sell my goods in Massachusetts.  I am not selling my crafts as a sole course of income, this is only my hobby.  I assume I need to pay sales tax, correct??  Do I need an EIN??  How do I register with the state, so that I am doing the right thing legally??  I read something about a Sales and Use Tax Form, but I couldn't find it on the mass.gov website.
Thanks so any advice!!
