So my boy had a plan & he asked for my help.

He spent a long time thinking about his project & mapping out his plans in his sketchbook.  Smiley

I helped him make a simple pattern, cut out the pieces & did the main sewing on the machine.

He managed the entire project & made sure the eyes were just the way he wanted them.

He then stuffed the ghost & I taught him how to 'patch up' the hole.

He was pretty happy with it when we were done, however he would like me to help him make 'all the ghosts' now.  Cheesy

This is just too cute! I love when the little ones want to get involved and be crafty! And the final product turned out just fantastic! (I kind of want to make one now...!) Grin

Great job!  I think teaching kids to make things with their own hands is so rewarding!  I love the eyes the best!

awesome!  I love his plan (which by the way is much more planning than I ever get to on a project!), especially the sewing machine picture Grin  He definitely must make all the ghosts now!

Thank you for the sweet comments! He'll be so tickled to see so many folks liked his project!  Wink

I only photographed the first couple pages of his plans, but he drew up plans for each & every ghost...the materials, the steps, the tools...everything. It took him a couple of hours...pretty amazing!

Is the pattern 3D?  It looks like it from the pics.  Would you guys be willing to share the pattern?  I for one, would like to make all the Pacman ghosts.  I think my brother would get a kick out of it.  He used to LOVE Pacman when he was a little kid.  He had a Pacman bedspread, sheets, bank somebody in our family had made for him, a heat generated twirl around lamp, wallet, and a stuffed/plush Pacman.  I can't believe I remember all that!  Ah, the 80's.  Good times, good times.   Grin
