Hello everyone.

I am trying to make a birthday cake for someone and the recipe called for a white cake mix.  I accidentally picked up a white angelfood cake mix.  I don't have an angelfood cake pan, and the cake was supposed to be a layer cake with a buttercream frosting.

Would I be able to use the angelfood cake mix as it is?  Is there anything I should add to the mix that would make it sturdier or closer to the regular ol' cake that I am going for?

Any tips or advice you can give would be greatly appreciated as I won't be able to go out and get another mix!
