While surfing the internet, I came upon to this awesome picture. I can't find pattern for this one. It is easy to make. By looking at it, you really don't need the tutorial for this one. I made my own pattern similar to this.

I used one yard fabric for the top, plus 1/2 half yard for the straps.

Took me a hour to complete it. I have black circle skirt that will look good with this top. Voila!

That's pretty neat, I like it.  How's the fit on the arms?  I always have trouble with armholes and sleeves binding my big shoulders.

That's really cute! It would look great in nearly any fabric, too.  Thanks for sharing!

I was worried at first too, cuz I have a big bust  Wink As you see the first picture of lady, there's no armholes. It is for tie. I hem the edges. Cut hole and V for the head. Added the straps. Added the cord stings for tie back. It fits my bust nicely. I was able to move my arms and shoulders freely, but when I reach up it shows the belly. It's not a long length. I feel this top is not for lot of movements. This will be perfect for dinner out. I have couple of high waist pants that looks good with this top. However, I finally found the tutorial if you are still curious...

This is lovely.  The pattern is very similar to the poncho top in Creative Dressing by Kaori O'Conner which I have, so I will use that as a base to try this. Thanks for the idea.  Yours turned out very nicely.

I wonder if it would help to add a peplum below the ties.

It looks great; I really love the version on your blog with the deeper "v".

I wonder if the ties that go around the back would be annoying. Going to have to find out for myself!
