Carol & Always, and you'll both be getting 6 blocks each from me. If I've counted correctly, that's 56 scraps plus backgrounds that I'll be using for Carol and 12 reds and blues plus backgrounds for Always. That's going to be a big help in my destashing project. For some ridiculous reason which I totally fail to understand, dh thinks I may have too much fabric. Silly man! There's no such thing as too much fabric. Is there?!?!?!

Around here a statement like that would earn hubs a trip to the basement to sleep a while until he came to his senses...

(Tho he is an enabler, he blew my. Budget in 4 of 6 quilt shops last week. And i didnt let him go in the other 5)

Seeking scraps! I'm in need of a variety of white on white scraps. (2.5inch square minimum) for pixel quilts. Have any? Swap for? PM me! Smiley

Lol, my scrape bin is one of those under the bed type storage things. I have been tossing odds and ends in there since I started quilting, 2012. I spent 9 mths on that first quilt. Lol. I have gotten a little faster

No basement but we do have a double car garage with the old recliner in it. But in dh's defense, he's also an enabler. Any time we go to Tulsa he always asks if I need to go to JoAnns for fabric or craft supplies. Gotta love a man who's that well-trained!  Grin He really doesn't object to my buying fabric, just that it worries him a little that I buy faster than I use. My father was an obsessive hoarder and dh doesn't want that to happen to me. If you saw my craft room you'd understand his concern. Besides which, Sloth, he sees you and some of our fellow crafters as part of the problem. Recognize any of these fabrics? You should since many of them came from your stash. Others are from the last quilt block swap round and the last round of the sweat shoppe swap. If it's at least a 3/4" scrap, I throw it in my Crumb quilt scrap box. If I never buy another piece of fabric and I live for another 20 years, I'd still have a hard time using up all my stash (and that doesn't take into consideration the time I would need to use up my paper stash).

Ya most welcome! I enjoyed doing them.

The only one that caused me a bit of stress was the Folded Star. For some reason my brain would not keep the colors in the right order, So I had to rip out over and over. I even had them laid out 1, 2, and 3. But my brain would look at the printout and try to go by the colors on it and I would mess up. I walked a way from it a few times LOL.

The other two look harder then they are.

If anyone is interested I can put together a Tutorial on the "2146" Star after I finish my groups.

Oh my hubby is the same, he doesn't understand the quilting especially, he says 'so you take some fabric apart and put it back together again?'

oh well, he always says he likes me sewing as it makes me happy so even if he doesn't quite understand he always takes an interest Smiley

I posted my first batch that are already in the gallery today and have started on EllaRain's. Soon to be uploaded but I'm coming in a 1/4 inch short or so, so may need to re-do those with a very tight seam allowance.

I'm loving all the colours this round, I can't wait to move so I have some space to get a stash like some of you have, those scrappy blocks are incredible.
