Hi,
Just finished this blankie. Carpenters Wheel. It is for my placement supervisor where I am finishing off a counselling degree. Carpenters wheel chosen because of Jesus the Carpenter. Based on American Underground Railway quilt block, so freedom from oppression. Wheel = circle = journey. Circle = narrative (which is the modality my placement  supervisor's main modality). Also represents the compass so anchoring and guidance. Just a really nice symbolic quilt for a counselling room. Plus, it's the school colors Smiley

Thanks, guys. It was actually easier than it looks. It is made from 64 squares.
I can't wait to give it to the school Smiley Smiley

This awesome! The colors you chose are great and if I look at from a far away view, it starts to have 3D effect on me.

This is fantastic! All the symbolism... you're blowing me away! Super impressive.
