We recently moved and our new place doesn't have very much storage.  My husband and I decided that we wanted to come up with storage solutions that match our personality and interests rather than something that we could pick up at the store.  The other day I saw a hair dryer stand that someone made out of straight pvc pipe but I decided to use a wye and toilet flange (for stability) so that it could hold my curling iron and instyler as well.  I grabbed the pieces when I was a Lowe's trying to solve another problem and didn't pay much attention to the sizes.  The wye fits perfectly inside the toilet flange so I left it unattached in case I want to change it in the future.  I ordered some vinyl figures and attached them with E6000 to keep them secure without worrying about the bathroom humidity.

If you've made your own version feel free to link me, I'd love to see how you did it!

Seems cute, but the pic is tiny - even when I click on it. Any chance of a bigger pic?

Very cool re-purposing of some pipes that makes for a lovely, and functional, diorama piece.   The addition of the JAKKS Pacific Mario, mushroom, and block are great embellishments.

Oh, and here are the larger pics from the link you gave, so that our fellow Craftster members can more easily see them:
